FSC 1740 includes airfield specialized trucks and trailers primarily designed for transporting aircraft assemblies; trailers for afterburner, engine, propeller, fuselage, and wing; trucks for aircraft fuselage and aircraft wing; engine transport skids; engine transport stands; airfield bomb trailers; and crashed aircraft removal trucks. Note that FSC 1740 does not include vehicular components; airfield specialized lift trucks and trailers; highway type trucks and trailers; or cargo loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
